Elga has 4+ years experience across Indonesia's startup ecosystem, from community building and business development to AI product development and research. She began at the Apple Developer Academy, learning to design and ship products. She holds a Master's in Information Systems Management from BINUS University, where she explored AI-enhanced mental health counseling for Indonesian youth, supported by a research grant from Indonesia's Ministry of Higher Education (DIKTI).
With over 8 years of experience in leading financial institutions, Nia has held leadership roles with expertise in Merger & Acquisitions (M&A), digital transformation, and innovation. She also serves as an Independent Strategic Advisor to Indonesian holding companies with diversified portfolios. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, and an Executive Master of Management in Strategy from BINUS University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Major Programme Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Kimberly is an entrepreneur with over 7 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, where she has successfully established and grown her own business. She has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities, cultivating long-term customer relationships, and delivering significant business growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Padjadjaran University.
